As I write this, we are experiencing a blizzard. This has certainly been the Winter of “my” discontent. It’s been a particularly challenging one in so many ways. I share this to impart that I bless these challenges as much as rail against them. I use every part of each experience to focus my thinking, to process my emotions about my experiences. I open to guidance in whatever form it’s offered. I muster gratitude for all of it – what was, is, and for what will be. I whine, and find that ultimately very funny. I find the joy in any given moment, while I practice patience and courage, releasing obstacles to my own open heart and self-soothing soul. Again and again, the floodgates open, and Spirit thrives in and around me. How long can it be sustained this time? In this moment, I am warm and peaceful in the midst of the blizzard.

We are magnificent creators, every one of us. What have you been busy creating? Just look around you. If you don’t enjoy what you see, feel, hear, experience – change it, or change your thoughts about it. Start with stillness….go from there. I am blessed, so are you…have a lovely day. Love and blessings to you all and this beautiful planet and beyond…

Right now my calendar is updated. So classes, that I’ve already committed to, are on the calendar for 2026. Please remember that although the Virtual classes are free and mostly ongoing, they run about 2 month sessions (register through Massapequa Library website: massapequalibrary.org). You must be registered to receive the link which changes every couple of months. Don’t be afraid to register for one or both Virtual classes, so you’ll have access whenever you’re able to make a class. Whether you have your video on or off, I love seeing your names (and faces) and feel connected, at least in some small way, to each of you. Hope to “see” you soon!
