And lastly…

Hello everyone! I apologize for my procrastination and negligence of this lovely website…I have no worthwhile excuses, so instead I intend to do better.

As we enter the holiday seasons filled with focus on contemplation, transformation, gratitude, giving, forgiving and joy, I focus patiently on removing obstacles to my own heart power of nurturing, compassion, empathy and courage. Surely then, the floodgates will open, and that energy will thrive in and around me.

We are magnificent creators, every one of us! What have you been busy creating? Just look around you. If you don’t enjoy what you see, feel, hear, experience – change it, or change your thoughts about it. Start with stillness….go from there. I am blessed, so are you…have a lovely day. Love and blessings to you all and this beautiful planet and beyond…

What’s New?

Right now my calendar is updated. So classes, that I’ve already committed to, are on the calendar for 2025. Please remember that although the Virtual classes are free and mostly ongoing, they run about 2 month sessions (register through Massapequa Library website: massapequalibrary.org). You must be registered to receive the link which changes every couple of months. Don’t be afraid to register for one or both Virtual classes, so you’ll have access whenever you’re able to make a class. Whether you have your video on or off, I love seeing your names (and faces) and feel connected, at least in some small way, to each of you. Hope to “see” you soon!

Massapequa Adult Education (In-Person) classes started September 30th. For students enrolled in those classes, you can go to the Massapequa school district website: www.msk.k12.ny.us under adult education section each morning of class, to make sure that day’s class has not been unexpectedly cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. The next Adult Education session begins in the Spring 2026. If you have questions about the in-progress Fall 2025 session, or future sessions, you can now email the Massapequa Adult Education office at: adulteducation@msd.k12.ny.us for more information.

There will also be a Massapequa In-Person class at, and registered for, through the Massapequa Library. That will be coming after the holidays – the 2026 dates are not yet on my calendar.

And please remember…

I think of you all, often, my Yoga (and Astrology) students – longtime and new – and send my caring energy to you all always. I treasure your feedback, when you reach out with questions, or to share how you are feeling, and/or what you’re experiencing during this interesting, albeit challenging, time in all our lives. It’s all life and yours is precious. Embrace it all! If you would like to contact me, remember you can click on Yoga or Astrology, scroll to the bottom and leave me a message which will show up on either of my email addresses.
